Party Time

Howdy, ya'll! We saddled up and rode down the path last night for a real kickin' good time! We dressed up as cowboys and a horsey and went to a hoedown for food, inflatables, games, dancing, and prizes.

PS- I would have liked to get more pictures of Bryce but he never came out of the inflatables long enough for me to take a picture! He left the party a red faced sweaty mess, but had the best time of anyone there I'm sure!

Bryce's Fall Festival

Bryce's preschool hosted a Fall Family Fun Fest last week. Bryce was beyond excited and talked about it for an entire week before it was finally the day of the festival. Blake had other plans so we took our nephew, Quinn with us for a little cousin quality time.

Crazy Baby

Our crazy kid has been quite the entertainer lately! When we say it's bedtime he starts running around like a wild man showing off all his tricks and evening trying to hide.

He was hiding behind the little refrigerator while Tim was calling his name to come get his jammies on :)

Big Boy Max

Our little man is looking like such a BIG boy these days and feeling like it, too! He struts around like he's tough stuff :) It wasn't easy, but I was able to catch a few pictures of him tonight.

Tim thinks this is his game facebut I know this is his pouty sad face because he doesn't have a Michigan State football to play with :(((

Max's 1st Birthday

This past year seriously FLEW by and our baby boy turned ONE on September 29th. Our little boy loved his birthday party and had so much fun with his family and friends and all his new toys. He has brought so much to our lives and we are so thankful to wake up each day to his smiley face. Max is our crazy boy running, climbing, dancing, and cracking us up when he tries to jump! He likes a lot of foods, but not a huge fan of milk. He isn't talking very much because all he has to do is grunt or point and his brothers hand him whatever he wants. He is saying Mama, Dada, night night, shakes his head yes and no, and has his own version of "uh-oh" that I'm not sure how to spell. He is 22 pounds (a skinny guy) and 31.75 inches tall.

He LOVED all the new toys and plays with them all day long!

He still lights up when his brothers walk in the room and when we get him out of his crib in the morning the first thing he does is start cranking his neck looking for his 2 big boys!

Blake and Bryce also love playing with Max and take so much joy and pride in everything he does. It's so fun to watch them together.


Bryce was soooooo excited for Max to eat his cake. He was practically on stage with him -ha!

Max didn't really like the frosting and he thought the cake was just alright.

It was indeed a Happy Birthday for Max! Thank you to our family and friends who helped him celebrate.
