By Request

Uncle Allen & Rzem have requested to see more pictures of Max on the blog, so here are a few more of our Munkin. This first one is at Michigan Adventure on one of the rides he was allowed to ride all by himself!

This is a Max pouty face after he got in trouble for wrecking some other kids sand castle on purpose.

Happy boy in the toddler pool at our resort. He thought he was HOT stuff in the shallow wading pool!

Here is what we typically get when we ask Max to smile for a picture :)

Our cute boy is growing up so fast, thinks he is BIG like his brothers . . . but still doesn't talk?!?

Oh well, we love him no matter what!
Sincerely,

Max's enablers: Tim, Rachel, Blake & Bryce

Michigan Adventure

Our first time to Michigan Adventure was a success! Blake and Bryce rode big roller coasters, (even the upside down one), all the water slides, and Max got on every kiddie ride they would let him on!

Fun Family Day

The kiddos ended their day with an ice cream treat

Tim and the boys on their first roller coaster

Bryce being a good big brother and going on a little ride with Max

I even got on with him!

Soooo long Snoopy, see ya next year!

Grand Haven

Grand Haven was only about a short drive away from our campsite, so we packed up and went for the day. Monica took this picture from behind us, taking a family of 5 to the beach for the day is a lot of work!!!! Good thing it's worth it :)

My junior BFF

We played together, held hands, dressed alike, and did our hair the same. Love her!

Another great day of vacation!

Duck Creek & Duck Lake

We stayed at Duck Creek RV resort in Muskegon for 4 nights and it was my favorite camping trip ever! We had full hook up: water, electric, sewer, cable, and wi-fi, plus an awesome pool, toddler pool area, and hot tub . . . all this adds up to make for very happy campers! We spent time at the resort pool as well as hit area beaches and even Michigan Adventure amusement park, whoo-hoo! Sooo many pictures to share I decided to break it up into several postings.
Duck Lake State park was our first beach day and it was awesome. Duck Lake is connected to Lake Michigan by a shallow channel which made it a great set up for the kids. They played in the sand and shallow water most of the day, then we would take them with their boogie boards to hit the big waves in Lake Michigan every so often. To top it off we had some cool sand dunes behind us that the kids had fun climbing.

Bryce was on his board alllll day long

Tim and Max spent time hanging out in the channel, flexing randomly

Max took a turn on Taylor's board

Blake beached it for a bit

Jenna is a fish! She swam and played barbies in the water forever!

Tay and I just got done "surfing" the waves with the boys boards, sooo fun!

Gorgeous day!

A view from up on the dune: you can see the channel and Lake Michigan separated by just a band of sand

A couple days it rained in the morning, but we got creative and did some painting

The toddler are of the pool at our resort

We LOVE Duck Creek RV Resort, can't wait to go back next year!

Friends for Life

Tim's college roommate Ryan and his wife Kristi have been friends of ours for a long time. It doesn't matter how long it has been since we have seen them, we can just pick right up where we left off and have the best time. They also have 3 boys and when we get together all 6 boys play so well together. We just wished we lived a little closer :/ We spent the first night of our vacation at their beautiful house in Norton Shores.

Take me out to the ball game

Happy Fathers Day to Tim and my Dad! We got them tickets to the Tigers - White Sox game at Comerica for the Friday night game as a Father's Day surprise. I'm pretty sure big boys and little boys alike had a GREAT time despite the poor performance out of our Tigers.

Daddy and his big boys

Tim & the boys rode the ferris wheel before the game started

My parents and Bryce

B, toward the end of the game, getting excited for the post-game fireworks

Blake, wearing an empty popcorn bucket on his head! CrAzY kid!

The fireworks were awesome, the boys were AMAZED! Family fun Friday at Comerica was a hit with all of us.

Special thanks to Uncle Sean & Aunt Erica for keeping Max over night (no way he couldn't stayed up that late).

Day with the Dunnys

The Dunneback family made their way over to Grand Blanc from Lansing for a day of play. The boys jumped on the chance to have Chad pitch them some balls for a quick baseball game in the 90+ degree heat.

Taylor LOVED the hanging bar

The twins hanging out :)

Sweet Avery in the sandbox

Max was so pleased to have Avery sit with him at his table!

It was a great visit with wonderful friends!

Littlest Boys

Thanks to Aunt Erica for taking Blake & Bryce with her and Quinn to see a show at the Meadow brook Musical Festival while I was lucky enough to have the 2 youngest O'Mara boys all to myself!

Declan is such a fun boy! He is so good, smiles & laughs all the time, we had a lot of fun!

My Max is just as much fun! He is silly and lovable and also quite jealous when his Mommy pays attention to another baby ;)

Our baby boy is getting tooo BIG

The older boys had a great time at the show, too, it worked out to be a perfect day!

4th of July

Fourth of July weekend was spent with family, friends and PERFECT weather!!! We were in the pool every day and even had a pool party thanks to my Dad :)

O'Mara boys with Audrey & Lilly (my parents neighbors)

The boys LOVE the Brining girls!

Stephanie and Norah chilling poolside

Quinn swam like a fish all over the pool

Declan had his serious face most of the day

Max jumps in over and over again after counting to "free"

The boys couldn't get enough of Uncle Allen and Rachael

Bubbles for everyone at the pool party, much to Pa's dismay -haha!

Mimi spent most of the weekend cooking, and it was allllll delicious!

Rachael, aka Jem, hooped it up with the boys

Pa and Max snuggled up

Other fun for the weekend included dress up with about 20 different costumes my Mom bought for the boys. Even the adults had fun with it!

We are very thankful for a fun weekend with Mimi, Pa, Uncle Allen, Jem, Grandma O'Mara, Aunt Erica, Quinn, Declan, and the Brining families :)
