My two Tiny Tims

It is no secret that my two boys are the spitting image of their Daddy, but man they look more and more like Tim every day!! All three of them make the same facial expressions and Bryce and Tim even run the exact same way. I always thought it would be so fun to see so much of yourself in your kids, but it is just as much fun to see so much of Tim. I think Blake and Bryce are very lucky to look like their Daddy, he is pretty cute :) Now for some pictures:

Here is our God daughter, Lauren, giving Blake a ride to school
Blake holding a ball on his head . . . whatever it takes to get a picture of the kid
My Brycie the ham. He will pose for pictures all day long.

Baby Quinn

Sean, Erica, and Quinn came over to our house last night and we were so happy to have a little quality time with Baby Cousin. The new parents are doing so good and enjoying every minute of parenthood. Erica has a new mom glow and smiles all the time . . . she is relieved to have her baby here and no longer in her belly!

The boys are obviously so excited to be big cousins to baby Quinn, but little Bryce is a teeny bit jealous. He was working overtime to get Aunt Erica's attention last night. This morning he woke up and said, "Mommy, I love Aunt Erica." I told him that she loves him too and she loves her baby Quinn. It is going to take a little adjusting, but I think he will do great.
Tim and are are Aunt and Uncle for the first time and we are LOVING it. I truly LOVE my nephew and being able to hold him and kiss him and still get a good nights sleep is the best of both worlds!!!

Woolman Cookout

The Woolman family had a Memorial cookout last night to celebrate their new deck, which is really nice by the way (good work Brad ;) It seemed like the kids out numbered the adults, and everyone had soooo much fun!
Monica got a new camera and here is a picture she took of Bryce
Snuggle time with Bryce and Jenna
Hanging by the campfire with Erika and Monica
Brian & Blake are having a stand off, they both want the blue tunnel
and Brian WON! Yes, folks, this is a 29 year old male inside of a kiddie tunnel!! No wonder the kids love Brian so much.
Then we had a campfire and made Smores.
Blake and Taylor were first in line
Bryce only took a few bites, but didn't hesitate to smear some marshmallow on his face and in his hair.

Thanks, Woolmans, it was a great start to our weekend!!

Mexico

Although we missed the boys terribly, we had a perfect vacation! Blake and Bryce did great with Mimi and Pa while we spent 8 warm sunny days on the beach with 4 of our friends.
Here is the group: Traci and Drew on the left,
Tim and I in the middle,
and Jamie and Bill on the right
Our ocean front spot for the week

Beautiful ocean

Of course I cried like a baby when I left the boys (it was ridiculous), but I am glad we went.
We really thought we had the perfect vacation; however, we are the O'Mara family and there is always a hiccup right?
Tim developed a rash the second day we were there. It didn't itch, it didn't spread, it just hurt. He made it through the week without any other symptoms, but woke up Monday morning at home in a lot of pain. We saw the Dr. and she diagnosed him with Shingles. He is taking pain medicine and an antiviral, but still in rough shape. He has been in bed for 2 days with terrible pain and a severe headache. I talked to the Dr. today out of concern with the headache and she suggested to add Alieve. He started that today, so we will see if it subsides. Keep your fingers crossed for my poor husband :( The boys and I are taking good care of him, but we are really worried.

Meet our Nephew

Congratulations to Sean & Erica on the birth of their baby boy, Quinn Allen. Quinn was born on Wednesday, May 14th and we are just about the proudest Aunt, Uncle, and cousins around! He is such a cute little guy and we love him so much.

He is perfect, isn't he?

Blake could sit and watch him all day, he is a good cousin.
He "babysat" for Quinn while we ate dinner
How lucky we are to have one more O'Mara boy added to the family
Quinn is already sleeping quite well and Sean and Erica have settled right into being wonderful parents. What a blessing to have him in our lives!

Making a run for the border

Off we go to Mexico. Tim and I are going to Riviera Maya, Mexico for a week and Blake and Bryce are staying with Mimi and Pa. It is going to be so hard to be away from the boys for SO long, but I know we will have fun once we get there. We leave tomorrow and will return the 18th. We would appreciate a prayer for a safe trip :)
Also, this just in, we could possibly return from Mexico as Aunt Rachel and Uncle Tim!! Sean and Erica are getting closer to having a baby, she is 37 weeks and our nephew is getting to be a large baby! Also, Erica's blood pressure is elevated so they are keeping a close eye on her. An induction may be in her near future.
Wow, I will have a lot of updating to do once I get back. No worries, I will be refreshed and ready to roll!!!

Fashion Icon

Well, folks, he did it again. Fashion icon, Blake O'Mara, wowed fans with his unique ensemble as he was spotted at hot spots around Grand Blanc on Saturday. He rocked his camo pants, clashing camo rain boots, and light blue polo, while accessorizing just right with a walkie talkie and camera case. He gets it right every time and he knows it!!
Later in the evening he toned down the outfit and spiked up the hair,
but couldn't be without his camo rain boots

They clean up nice, don't they?

Lastly, we celebrated 2 birthdays on Saturday: Kara & Me! Kara's birthday is May 5th and mine is the 6th, so we like to celebrate together. Happy Birthday, Kara!

McDonalds

Monica and I treated the kids to a McDonald's play date last night mostly because we wanted to preserve our own sanity. Blake and Taylor were seriously bouncing off the walls and we thought they could blow off some steam at the play land. Well, they did seem to release some energy, but they acted like a couple of wild animals :)
Jenna was such a good girl eating little bits of every one's meal including a whole chicken nugget that Bryce so kindly offered her. Bryce was a good boy, too, he ate all his meal then dumped his chocolate milk down his white shirt while trying to peer into the booth next to us.
Silly kids had to sit in the same chair
Jenna is getting so BIG and cuter by the minute. She is almost 9 months now.
Blake is showing off for Taylor and she appears to be impressed. Also, Jenna is spotted here with that whole nugget Bryce gave her . . . she did pretty good with it!
Although the two older kids were crazy, Monica and I felt better because our kids were the only wild ones there!

Oh Brother

These two brothers have been causing some trouble lately. They love to play together, but for the last week they are having a difficult time sharing as well as listening. It is so frustrating! The worst is when I am having a stern talk with Blake and he LAUGHS at me. He has been sent to his room, put in a time out, and I have taken toys away; but he can't seem to control his laughter when he is in trouble. He even has to put his hand over his mouth because he grins ear to ear when he knows he did something wrong!
Tim has been working A LOT this week, so I have been flying solo with the trouble making twosome. Tim and I are taking a week long vacation starting next week and I have been worried about leaving the boys, but now I realize that Momma needs a break :)
Although, I will indeed still worry and I will miss them like CRAZY!!!
Look at my handsome devils in disguise
