Tim scored three free FRONT ROW tickets to the Tigers game for this past Wednesday night, so he took the boys to their first game. Tim has been wanting to take them all summer and this just happened to work out perfectly . . . minus the 3 tickets part, perfect would have been 4 tickets ;0 I was thrilled for my boys to have a fun night together and came to the realization that this is just how it goes having all boys. They get tickets to see a game and I am at home glued to the TV just hoping to see one of their cute faces appear on screen!
All three of them were so adorably excited

2 crazy Tiger fans

As it turns out, they had the BEST time at the game and Bryce even got a ball,
YAY! Tim apparently took advantage of my absence and bought them all kinds of snacks and treats (Blake can't keep a secret) and they lasted all the way to the end of the game after 9pm.
I'm so happy they were able to enjoy a guys night out!!
Unfortunately, as they were leaving the game Tim pulled out to turn left onto the road and was hit by another car. The other car didn't have lights on ( 10pm = DARK) so Tim didn't see him and thus the accident occurred. The car crashed right into Blake's side of the van and hit just behind where he sits in his car seat. I can only say, THANK YOU GOD!

The boys were jerked around upon impact and Blake had a sore shoulder the next day from the seat belt, but other than that they were injury free.
There are angels among us.
We are so thankful for all the blessings in our life and this is no exception, God is GREAT!
Tim insists, however, that Blake is going to need therapy now because he has endured 2 traumatic experiences by age 5: He was yanked from a house fire and now in a car accident. I say it will just make him more resilient. Let's all pray for resilience :)
